Prospective undergraduate students
We welcome students from all majors and backgrounds, and there is flexibility for you to focus on research, teaching, and/or outreach! While students at UofT will be prioritized, a very small number of remote positions are available. Priorities will be given to exceptional students currently studying in countries or institutions where access to research opportunities is severely limited.
We typically interview lab members 1-2 months before the semester starts. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit an application at least 1 month prior to the semester that they want to join in order to ensure full consideration. Due to a high volume of applications, we cannot guarantee responses to all applicants. Applicants may be kept on file and contacted if there is a spot available.
Our lab also regularly lists positions through:
a) (for UofT students)
- ROP – Deadline for the next academic year (2024-2025) will most likely be in March 2024.
- Work-Study – Application period for 2023-2024 is August 16th – September 25th, 2023.
b) (for non-UofT students)
Prospective graduate students
Our lab will be reviewing PhD applicants for the upcoming cycle. We would love to learn more about you!
