Advocacy

The lab also engages in advocacy and outreach efforts. Below is a sampling of some of the initiatives that our lab has been involved in:

  • Dr. Cheung has extensive international experiences in communicating well-being science to diverse audience within and beyond academia – including fellow researchers, policy makers, public health practitioners, and the public
  • Dr. Cheung estimated the levels of inequity in chronic diseases across social strata to inform the priorities of health policies in Hong Kong
  • Dr. Cheung was nominated and served as an Associate Director of the Psychological Science Accelerator, a global network of over 600 research labs across over 60 countries
